A: At Brookview Commons there is a full kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher) in every unit. You can opt out of the meal plan in your financial aid package, and our Leasing Staff can discuss the savings of this option with you. Midtown and Centennial require the Ultimate Meal plan (~$2,100), and Grasso and Pinney require the Blue Meal plan, so denying or reducing your FA meal plan will save you money with which you can buy your own groceries. We have RAs and RDs on site 24/7 to help with the adjustment to community life. There is a transitional period each semester during which housing changes are not permitted, however if you have a serious incompatibility with your roommates following this period, we will assist you in relocating to another available slot.
